The ‘seen-it-all-heard-it-all’ real estate market in mid town Manhattan is hard to penetrate. But this campaign has managed to move the owners of Toll Brothers and Kibel companies as well as many of the new residents of this Murray Hill project with catchy copy that captured both the beauty of the amenities and the benefits of the neighborhood in a single breath. In fact, it was so successful that Ivanka Trump has made a copy of one of the ads and faxed it to the Kibel Companies CEO adding “The funniest real estate ad I’ve ever seen!”
The Campaign included NYTIMES full page ads, Bridge & Site specific signage, billboards, and online banners.
