Following a steady decline in sales and awareness, Mattel decided to rebrand their Barbie Collectibles brand. We were invited to analyze the brand and make recommendations on every aspect of its being. The Brand Modus we developed presented recommendations for a renewd Collectibles brand; from Brand Soul to product manufacturing to distribution all the way down to a launch print campaign and local initiatives. Roll out is scheduled for next spring.
